Berlin, February 25, 2025 – In the gripping thriller series, Blum (Anna Maria Mühe) finds herself in a dangerous situation when she suddenly becomes the focus of a police investigation. The discovery of body parts in a coffin leads to her arrest, but the real threat is the kidnapping of her daughter Nela (Emilia Pieske). The kidnappers demand a video that Blum does not have.

As Detective Wallner (Britta Hammelstein) intensifies the investigation, Blum must also keep the shady businessman Sarkissian (Peter Kurth) at bay. Time is running out, and Blum is willing to risk everything to save her daughter.

This thrilling drama showcases a mother’s unwavering determination and promises edge-of-your-seat suspense until the very last minute.

About Woman of the Dead

Blum's past catches up with her: Body parts of the man she killed who is presumed missing, Edwin Schönborn, show up in the coffin of an exhumed body. Blum is once again targeted by the police and has to spend a night in jail, where her worst nightmare comes true: Someone kidnaps her daughter, Nela! In exchange for her daughter, Blum must release a video—one that she doesn't even have. Running from the police and searching for the video, Blum will do anything to save her daughter.
