VETERAN PRODUCER IAN BRYCE SIGNS FIRST LOOK DEAL WITH NETFLIX

  • Ian Bryce Productions has a multitude of projects in development, including Big Guys, a family action adventure written by Matt Robinson at Paramount; Toyland, an animated musical written by Todd Graff at Paramount Animation; That Others May Live, a military biopic written by Andy Stern at Paramount; and Hope Heals, a faith-based drama written by Bob Smiley and Justin Hensley for Sony. IBP has also secured shopping agreements and is actively developing features and series based on the iconic video game Oregon Trail, the popular racing series IndyCar, and the origins of the Make-A-Wish foundation.

About Ian Bryce

A native of England, Ian Bryce started out as a production assistant on Return of the Jedi before going on to carve out a career highlighted by box office smash hits. In 1999, he won a Golden Globe Award and earned both Academy Award® and BAFTA nominations for his work as a Producer on the widely-acclaimed World War II drama Saving Private Ryan. In 2001, he received a second Golden Globe as Producer of Cameron Crowe’s Almost Famous. No stranger to big action adventure films, he produced the mega-blockbuster Spider-Man as well as all five of the Transformers films.

Bryce has also produced Hancock, Speed, Twister, and Force of Nature. In recent years, he produced the dark comedy Pain and Gain, the action thriller World War Z, the action adventure Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the comedic drama Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, and the satire War Machine. Bryce is also at work on multiple projects in development.
