'Torrente Presidente' arrives on Netflix on June 26

TORRENTE PRESIDENTE, the sixth installment of the acclaimed saga created, directed by, and starring Santiago Segura, will premiere on Netflix in Spain on June 26, following its huge success at the Spanish box office.

TORRENTE PRESIDENTE is the biggest opening for a Spanish film in the last 11 years; the biggest opening ever for a +16 comedy (both Spanish and international) in Spain history; and the fourth biggest opening for a Spanish film in history.

Torrente, a miserable, cynical, lying, and depraved individual, believes politics may be a good opportunity to advance himself. Ironically, he is not entirely wrong, and he begins to turn his delusions of grandeur into reality.
