The Marked Woman is an adaptation of the novel written by Rosa Montero and Olivier Truc, published by the French publisher POINTS, as well as by ALFAGUARA (Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial) in Spain.
In Rosa Montero’s words: “I am very excited about the Netflix release of the film based on The Marked Woman, the crime novel I co-wrote with French author Olivier Truc. It was a fascinating, incredibly fun and somewhat crazy project that gave our unknown character’s story an unusual intensity. I can’t wait to see how this formidable team has translated all that suspense into the film.” Olivier Truc comments: “Writing La desconocida was a wonderful adventure working alongside Rosa Montero, and I know that many readers who loved the book are just as eager as I am to see it on screen!”
