22 June 2022December 24, night is falling. A group of armed men surround the Monte Baruca prison and cut off communications with the outside. Their objective: to capture Simón Lago (Luis Callejo), a dangerous serial killer. If the guards hand him over, the assault will be over in a matter of minutes. But Hugo (Alberto Ammann), the prison warden, refuses to obey and prepares to resist the attack. It will be the longest night for Hugo and all the people in that prison.
Netflix today released the trailer and official key art for The Longest Night, a new action series created by Víctor Sierra and Xosé Morais (Néboa, Serramoura), directed by Óscar Pedraza (Patria, Sky Rojo), will premiere on July 8 on Netflix.
LAZONA produces this new fiction for Netflix. A series that will feature six episodes and a cast headed by Goya winner Alberto Ammann (Narcos, Celda 211) and Luis Callejo (Below Cero, The Fury of a Patient Man).
