Here comes a new Brazilian comedy from Netflix, Reporting for Duty, which just got its official trailer. When Suzano (Leandro Hassum), an awkward police chief from the backwoods of the state of Rio de Janeiro, arrives in its capital to take over Tijuca's 8th precinct, he needs to wise up on the double. Life in the capital isn't going to be easy, much less with his new police colleagues, who are fearless and always ready for the next bust. Leandro Hassum's first series for Netflix, this workplace comedy that is full of Brazilian flavor arrives September 6.

Synopsis: After accidentally capturing an escaped mobster linked to the slot machine mafia, Suzano, born and raised in the fictional town of Campo Manso in the backwoods of Rio de Janeiro, is sent into the eye of the storm — the capital itself. Rio's 8th Precinct in Tijuca is brought down by the new police chief's gaffes. Always ready for action, none of his colleagues believe he will last very long there, but his unconventional methods paired with his kind heart might just be the secret weapon that this team needs to fight crime.
