In the words of director Roger Gual "Fanático for me is a series that talks about the need we human beings have to be remembered, the feeling that you have to "be someone" and the current obsession with recognition and the "like" culture. In a society where everyone wants to be famous, the question is: Would you do anything for fame? Fame has a price and in Fanatio we are going to see it. As Einstein said "Fame for men is like hair: it grows after death, when it is of little use to them".
The new production features Dani del Águila (Madres. Amor y vida), Federico Maniá Sibona and Yago de Torres(Adagio, Ayer florecía) as script writers and creators and Alizz as creator and producer of the songs ¿Qué hice?, Diablos and Rebelión, along with Lorenzo Ferro.
About Fanático
Spain's biggest musical idol takes his own life in front of his fans at the first concert of a world tour. Lazaro, a young food delivery boy and unconditional fan, sees an opportunity to escape from his monotonous and precarious life and overnight becomes what he has been admiring for a long time: his own fan. He adopts her image, her music, her life and her fans. Under pressure from a music industry that sees an opportunity not to lose everything it has achieved with the star, Lazaro turns every aspect of his life into a spectacle. Even if it means giving up real life.
