'I Will Find You’ Tracks Down Most Popular List as Book Sales Soar

Audiences are having no trouble tracking down Harlan Coben’s new mystery series on Netflix.

I Will Find You, the latest adaptation from the best-selling author’s library, has officially entered our Most Popular Shows of All Time list at #10. Since its June 18 premiere, the limited series has racked up 101.8M views and counting.

I Will Find You marks our biggest scripted series debut of the year and has hit #1 in 81 countries. The show spent five weeks at #1 on the Global Top 10 English TV list, the first series to do so since Wednesday Season 2 in September 2025. 

And I Will Find You’s popularity extends far beyond the screen. Even before the series launched on Netflix, anticipation for the adaptation sparked a surge in popularity for the source material three years after its publication. "Since the series announcement and teaser trailer drop on June 1, sales of I Will Find You have increased over 500%,” said Beth de Guzman, SVP Deputy Publisher, Grand Central Publishing.

I Will Find You is just the latest chapter in our long-standing creative partnership with Coben, dating back to 2018. The Harlan Coben Universe — or the HCU as we like to call it — spans 13 adaptations in 6 countries, including: 

• The UK: Fool Me Once, Missing You, Run Away, Safe, Stay Close, The Stranger 

• France: Gone for Good

• Poland: Hold Tight, The Woods

Since the debut of the Netflix Top 10 in 2021, our Coben adaptations have made Netflix’s weekly Global Top 10 list 41 times and reached the Top 10 in 93 countries. Since 2023, Coben's shows have amassed over 450M global views. 

I Will Find You follows the 2024 adaptation of Coben’s Fool Me Once, which also previously appeared on the Most Popular Shows list. Earlier this year, our adaptation of his novel Run Away spent four weeks on the Global Top 10 English Shows list, reaching the Top 10 in 84 countries and hitting #1 in 18.

I Will Find You is just the latest 2026 release to break into our most popular lists, following the gripping limited series His & Hers (previously #10 on the Most Popular Shows) and the animated film Swapped (#10 on the Most Popular Movies of All Time). 

In addition to I Will Find You and His & Hers, other series breakouts this year include Nemesis, which garnered 30M views, spent five weeks on the Global Top 10 English Shows list and appeared in the Top 10 in 89 countries. And Bridgerton Season 4 spent nine weeks in the Global Top 10 English Shows list, reached #1 in 85 countries and drew 100M views in the first 6 months of 2026, nearly tripling the viewership of every earlier entry in the franchise — including Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story. 

I Will Find You also joins an illustrious list of adaptations on our most popular lists, such as multiple seasons of Bridgerton, Leave the World Behind and The Queen’s Gambit. In 2025, book adaptations drove over 9B global views and represented nearly 20% of total view hours on Netflix.

And the story’s far from over. We recently renewed our partnership with Coben, which continues with a new UK adaptation of The Woods and Myron Bolitar, based on Coben’s longest-running series.
