Berlin, February 5, 2025: A summer vacation in the South of France - sounds like sun, relaxation and quality time with family and friends. But just one fateful encounter can quickly turn a dream vacation into a nightmare...

The trailer and key art of Delicious are now available and share a glimpse of what Netflix viewers can soon look forward to. The film by screenwriter and director Nele Mueller-Stöfen will celebrate its world premiere on February 18 at the 75th Berlin International Film Festival in the Panorama section. The production by Komplizen Film (Producers: Janine Jackowski, Jonas Dornbach, Maren Ade) will launch exclusively on Netflix worldwide on March 7.

Nele Mueller-Stöfen (All my Loving, Jack) brought together an excellent team for her screen debut both in front of and behind Frank Griebe's (Babylon Berlin, Cloud Atlas) camera: Valerie Pachner (A Hidden Life, The King’s Man) and Fahri Yardim (jerks., Der Upir) and their children, played by Naila Schuberth (Dear Child) and Caspar Hoffmann, wind up in the clutches of Carla Díaz (Élite). The production design is created by Academy Award-winner Christian M. Goldbeck (All Quiet on the Western Front), and the music is composed by Academy Award-winner Volker Bertelmann (All Quiet on the Western Front) together with Ben Winkler.

A German family spends the summer vacation in their French villa. The façade of their seemingly perfect life begins to crumble one evening when they hit a young woman on the country road and take her in. Behind the initial willingness to help, completely different needs soon come to light. Everyone in the family seems to be looking for something different in the woman, wanting to use her – a mistake that will soon be avenged and change the life of the whole family.
