Berlin, 11/08/2021 –  “Oh you sad thing, oh you agonizing, tear-inducing Christmas time”, Carolin Kebekus sings in her Netflix Comedy Special Carolin Kebekus – The Last Christmas Special. It’s an entertaining view of what’s hailed as the most-wonderful time of the year – packed with over-priced advent calendars, questionable gifts, unhealthy trips to the Christmas markets, overindulging on Christmas dinners while hungover, and a Gender-Gift-Gap. With the sharp wit we expect from the comedian, Carolin Kebekus – The Last Christmas Special puts an amusing spin on all the usual holiday craziness and the associated bankruptcy, mishaps, and domestic disasters under the Christmas tree.

Carolin Kebekus is the writer and Executive Producer of the show, working with Claudius Pläging and Jana Fischer on the script. Philipp Käßbohrer and Matthias Murmann from btf GmbH also joined the team as Executive Producers, and Constanze Weihrauch took the role of Co-Executive Producer. The show is directed by J. Patrick Arbeiter and Jessica Timm is Producer.
