Who really is Buba and why is that dude so damn weird? It’s time we finally find out! The new film by btf Productions tells the story of petty criminal ‘Buba’ who, together with his ‘colleagues’, caused quite a stir in the hit series How To Sell Drugs Online (Fast). We’ll go back in time, to the time before Buba was dealing with synthetic drugs and teenage dealers. He’s much more concerned with Albanian rivals, who aren’t even Albanians at all, and Jule (Anita Vulesica) – his old-new flame with a talent for tattoos. And, of course, there’s his brother Dante (Georg Friedrich). Always at his side and no less crazy than he, Dante will show us Buba in a whole new light … or will he?

About Buba
Buba’s real name is Jakob Otto and Jakob Otto has a problem … whenever things are going too well for him, he knows something terrible is about to happen. Since the death of his parents in a tragic accident, Jakob sincerely believes that all the good feelings in his life need to be balanced out. Together with his brother Dante he has developed a system to make his everyday life as unpleasant as possible. For thirty plus years, it seems to be working perfectly well, until something happens that no-one could have seen coming. The small-town petty criminal falls in love. As Jakob’s feelings grow, so do his problems …
