Link copied to clipboardMaurizio Lastrico, Matteo Martari, Francesco Montanari and Pietro Sermonti – starring respectively as Mattia, Massimo, Riccardo and Luigi – are ready to put themselves to the test once again in the second season of the comedy series Real Men, available October 7, only on Netflix.
Despite now considering themselves “deconstructed from toxic masculinity,” the four friends are still searching for that elusive balance between men and women, challenged by changes in their lives and circumstances, both in their romantic dynamics and in the new relationships they find themselves navigating. In this new season, we find the four couples in completely different places from where we left them: our Real Men are as out of place as ever, but their friendship is stronger than ever.
Also returning are Thony (Tiziana), Sarah Felberbaum (Ilenia), Laura Adriani (Daniela), Alice Lupparelli (Emma), Nicole Grimaudo (Federica) and Davide Iacopini (Eugenio). Joining the cast are Carolina Crescentini (Simona), Silvia D’Amico (Paola), Alessio Boni (Giordano), Giancarlo Commare (Augusto) and Ilenia Pastorelli (Tecla).
Real Men is produced by Groenlandia (a Banijay company) and Matteo Rovere, written by Furio Andreotti, Giulia Calenda and Ugo Ripamonti, and directed by Matteo Oleotto and Milena Cocozza.
