The Trailer for 'Ronaldinho: The One and Only' Features Never-Before-Seen Interviews and Defining Moments From the Star's Career

São Paulo, April 2, 2026 – Today, Netflix released the official trailer for Ronaldinho: The One and Only, a three-episode documentary show that takes an intimate, definitive look at one of the greatest players in soccer history. Set to premiere on April 16, the show revisits Number 10's career as he redefined the "beautiful game" and influenced an entire generation both on and off the pitch. With exclusive access to the player and a vast trove of archival material, the series reconstructs key moments from Ronaldinho's career: from the exciting early days with Grêmio to becoming a member of the Brazilian national team. The series also covers peaks of his career, like his time with Barcelona, the Golden Ball award, and historic championships, as well as defeats and troubled moments, including the unexpected episode that landed him in a Paraguayan prison. All of this comes alongside interviews with major figures in the soccer world, such as Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr., Roberto Carlos, Gilberto Silva, Felipão, Carles Puyol, and Galvão Bueno, to name a few. The trailer features a new track from Tropa do Bruxo, O Segredo da Ginga, with vocals by singer BELLI and the group Menos é Mais. The song, which will also be available on digital platforms starting April 16, was produced by Boris and Pedro Henrique Breder, who wrote it along with André Vieira and Mosquito. Ronaldinho: The One and Only was co-produced by Canal Azul and Trailer Films, with Luis Ara as director and screenwriter. Ara also served as executive producer alongside Ricardo Aidar and Liz Reis.
