07 November 2025SANTIAGO SEGURA, ERNESTO SEVILLA AND UNAX HAYDEN WILL TRY TO SAVE CHRISTMAS IN THE NIGHT MY DAD SAVED CHRISTMAS 2
In a Christmas once again completely out of control, the disappearance of Santa Claus (Santiago Segura) sets off a chain of mishaps when a rather peculiar actor (Santiago Segura) tries to take his place. Only a father (Ernesto Sevilla), his teenage son (Unax Hayden) and a group of very special friends can embark on a magical mission to rescue him and save Christmas before it’s too late. The Night My Dad Saved Christmas 2, the new family comedy for the Christmas holidays produced by Nadie es Perfecto, premieres globally on Netflix on 5 December.
The sequel to The night my dad saved Christmas stars Santiago Segura (The Night My Dad Saved Christmas, Father There Is Only One), Ernesto Sevilla (I Can Quit Whenever I Want, La que se avecina) and Unax Hayden (The Night My Dad Saved Christmas, 20,000 Species of Bees), joined by a cast that also includes Pablo Chiapella (Hotel Bitcoin, La que se avecina), Joaquín Reyes (Muchachada Nui, Museo Coconut), Josema Yuste (Father There Is Only One 3), María Botto (The Night My Dad Saved Christmas, I Hate Summer) and Emilio Gavira (ChampionsX), among others.
With Joaquín Mazón (The Night My Dad Saved Christmas, The Benetón Family) once again at the helm as director, the screenplay for this new season family comedy is written by Francisco Arnal (1,000 Miles from Christmas) and Daniel Monedero (1,000 Miles from Christmas) with executive production by Kiko Martínez, María Luisa Gutiérrez and Álvaro Ariza Tirado (The Benetón Family) with Pedro de la Fuente (The Benetón Family) and Elena Calvo as executive producers and Ángel Iguacel (Father There Is Only One) as director of photography.
