Taiwanese Anthology Series ‘At the Moment’ Brings Love and Music to the Year-End Season

Premiering on November 10, the Taiwanese romance anthology series, At the Moment, is set to warm up the year-end season with 10 touching stories of love, set against Taiwan’s modern cityscape. During a press conference with a “Love Wonderland” theme attended by more than 100 media and influencers and 10 main cast, including Gingle Wang, Berant Zhu, Huang Lu Tzu-yin (Lulu), Austin Lin, Dee Hsu, Wu Kang-ren, Esther Liu, Shiou Chieh-kai, Ruby Lin, and Kelly Lin, who invited the audience to cuddle up with their loved ones this fall and winter, and immerse themselves in the love-filled stories of At the Moment.

Popular Taiwanese singer-songwriter 9m88 graced the press conference with a soulful rendition of “Hair,” the closing theme song of episode 7 of At the Moment, which stars Dee Hsu and Wu Kang-ren. The main theme song for At the Moment, “Someday, Somewhere,” is performed by the queen of Chinese pop, Jolin Tsai, while the closing theme song for each episode is helmed by talented singers and bands including up and rising R&B singer LINION, Golden Bell award-winning singer Hsien Ching, Golden Indie Music Awards winner Wayne's So Sad, jazz-influenced synth-pop band Sunset Rollercoaster, indie bands Sweet John, Huan Huan and Everydaze, Taiwan-raised and Chicago-based artist Layton Wu and jazz-vocalist Dan Hsueh for the closing theme song of each episode. 9m88, Hsien Ching, Linion, Everyday and Wayne’s So Sad will also perform in a virtual concert titled “Love Is In The Ear,” which will be livestreamed on Facebook on November 16 at 9pm local time.

Come November 15, fans can also get a taste of romance and set love in motion at over 6,800 7-ELEVEN convenience stores nationwide with a special collection of ready-to-eat meals, desserts and beverages, curated for At the Moment.

At the Moment features a star-studded ensemble cast, including Gingle Wang, Wu Kang-ren, Ruby Lin, Alyssa Chia, Dee Hsu, Austin Lin, Esther Liu, Huang Lu Tzu-yin (Lulu), Tseng Jing-hua, Vivian Sung, Puff Kuo, Kelly Lin, Derek Chang, Terrance Lau Chun-him, Shiou Chieh-kai, Berant Zhu, Nash Zhang, Nikki Hsieh, Johnny Yang, and JC Lin. Executive producer Nick Tai leads the production team, which includes producers Chang Ya-ting and Shiou Chieh-kai, screenwriter Tu Cheng-che (Light the Night), and lead director Lien Yi-chi, alongside four other directors: Ray Wu, Kao Pin-chuan, Norris Wong, and Remii Huang. 

At the Moment is an anthology series from Taiwan that explores the multiple facets of love during the pandemic, portraying 10 different stories about human connection and intersecting lives, woven together by the production of a reality dating show.

All 10 episodes of ‘At the Moment’ premiere November 10, globally and exclusively on Netflix.
