In Honor of Show Your Stripes Day: A Sustainability “Must-Watch” List

Show Your Stripes Day

Today is Show Your Stripes Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness of how our climate is changing and what to do about it. It’s an important day for climate awareness, and aligns with our commitment to make our industry more sustainable - from reducing emissions on our productions to featuring more electric vehicles in our films and TV shows. At the heart of this global effort is a now-famous graphic created by climate scientist Dr. Ed Hawkins known as "Warming Stripes" which visualizes temperature increases over the past 100+ years in regions around the world. (And yes, while not related, does slightly resemble our Netflix opening credits.)

In honor of Show Your Stripes Day, we’re highlighting Netflix shows and films with sustainability storylines.

Outer Banks: Season 3

Outer Banks tells the story about John B enlisting his three best friends to hunt for a legendary treasure linked to his father's disappearance.
