Link copied to clipboardAustralia’s sweetheart Delta Goodrem is soaring onto screens around the world, starring in a new Australian rom-com film, Love is in The Air, now streaming on Netflix.
Love is in The Air stars singer-songwriter Delta Goodrem with Joshua Sasse in this high-flying romantic comedy about a fiercely independent pilot fighting to keep her family business afloat, but starts to fall for the man sent by corporate to ground her operation forever.
The film showcases Queensland’s pristine Whitsunday Islands, shot entirely on location and throughout the Airlie Beach community in early 2023. It marks Delta Goodrem’s return to film and premieres just before her sold out Australian tour.
Delta Goodrem says: “I’m excited that people from all around the world will soon be able to watch Love Is In The Air on Netflix. I loved bringing this story to life alongside my incredible cast mates and our talented crew and I hope audiences can enjoy a little escapism with this feel-good tropical romance.”
Jaggi Entertainment’s Steve Jaggi says: “It was a thrill to work with Netflix again, and return to Far North Queensland to film Love is in The Air earlier this year. We were welcomed by the Airlie Beach community, and our cast and crew worked incredibly hard to bring this story to the screen. Shot entirely on location, we pushed the boundaries by shooting in glorious 8K Vista Vision and it is my hope that audiences experience tropical Queensland as they enjoy the film!”

Love is in The Air is the third film shot by Jaggi Entertainment in Far North Queensland, as well as the 12-part series Dive Club.
