It's Time for the Final Run, Folks! 'Sintonia' Has Been Renewed for a Final Season

São Paulo, August 28, 2023 — What's up, guys!? Sintonia fans can now celebrate, because the journey for Rita, Nando, and Doni—played by Bruna Mascarenhas, Christian Malheiros, and Jottapê—isn't over just yet. Netflix has announced today (28th) that it will produce a 5th and final season portraying the reality of life on the fringes of São Paulo (SP).

After the success of Season 4, which hit the number one spot in the Global Top 10 of Netflix non-English language series, and spent two weeks at number one in Brazil's Top 10, Sintonia will be filming its final episodes into next year. The final season promises to move its audience and strengthen the show's legacy in the Brazilian entertainment scene.

Produced by Gullane, Sintonia is based on an original idea by KondZilla, and was created along with Felipe Braga and Guilherme Quintella. All four seasons are available on Netflix.
