Berlin, March 18, 2026 – What do you do when your beloved four-legged friend refuses to dance to the tune of their owner? For desperate dog owners, there is only one solution: the retreat of dog guru Nodon (Rúrik Gíslason) in the idyllic Austrian Alps.
To this special training camp come Urschi (Alexandra Maria Lara), Babs (Anna Herrmann), Hakan (Kerim Waller) and the couple Ziggy (Doğa Gürer) and Helmut (Devid Striesow).
The first clips from Eat Pray Bark – Therapy on Four Paws give us a glimpse into the adventurous journey that awaits five mismatched dog owners and their animal companions.
About Eat Pray Bark
In this turbulent comedy, five quirky dog owners seek help in dealing with their four-legged friends. Their last hope: an intensive course with the charismatic yet mysterious dog trainer Nodon in the Tyrolean mountains.
The motley group includes the dog-hating politician Ursula, who has adopted the stubborn dog Brenda to polish her public image; the naive Babs with her big, boisterous dog Torsten; the constantly quarreling couple Ziggy and Helmut with their pampered Yorkshire terrier Gaga; and last but not least the aloof Hakan, who distrusts his insecure Belgian Shepherd Roxy.
With unconventional methods, dog trainer Nodon tries to coach the overwhelmed humans, because it quickly becomes clear that they are the ones who need help – not their loyal four-legged companions.
