Research shows that including more perspectives behind the camera creates better representation in front of the camera. That's why Netflix invests in programs that identify and support new voices and perspectives.
The Netflix Fund for Creative Equity is a dedicated effort to help build new pathways for underrepresented communities within entertainment. In addition to championing external organizations committed to creating more access within the TV and film industries, we also have bespoke Netflix programs that help us to identify, train and provide potential job opportunities for up-and-coming talent globally.
