03 August 2026Spain and the US touted the most high-performing ISPs from January through June 2026, according to the Netflix ISP Speed Index, our regular report on which Internet Service Providers (ISPs) provide the best prime time Netflix streaming.
The two countries each had eight different services on the list. Singapore and Canada also tied for second place with six services each, followed by Hong Kong and the UK with four each. Other countries with multiple ISPs on the list included Chile, France, Israel, Malaysia, Portugal and South Korea.
The top monthly average speed for the first half of 2026 was 3.2 Mbps. The list below highlights the top 58 ISPs we saw during this time period. ISPs in 21 different countries and regions made the list.
Continuing the trend from 2025, Hong Kong, Singapore and Spain ranked among the top-performing countries and regions for the first six months of the year, joined by South Korea and the UK.
As usual, the monthly results (data for July) will be posted on the second Monday of the month, August 10.
The Netflix ISP Speed Index is a measure of prime-time Netflix performance on a particular ISP and not a measure of overall performance for other services or data that may travel across the specific ISP network. Higher Netflix performance generally means better picture quality, quicker start times, and fewer interruptions. We also created a separate tool to check your current download performance: Visit https://FAST.com on any internet browser or download the FAST Speed Test iOS or Android app.
